Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and, for the Chrome extension, our Extension Privacy Policy.

Electronic Communications

By using the Site or emailing us, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us directly.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Accounts are not transferable. We may refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or abuse.

License Terms

Plugin and extension licenses are non-transferable and licensed for use on one active site per license, unless you've purchased a multi-site plan. We may update, modify, or discontinue any plugin or the Chrome extension at any time, with at least 30 days' notice where reasonably possible.

Children Under Thirteen

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian permission to use the Site.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 3 business days of purchase if you're not satisfied with a plugin or the extension. Custom development work requires a 50% non-refundable deposit upfront. Refunds, once approved, are processed within up to 5 business days. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to third-party sites we don't control and aren't responsible for. Certain features rely on third-party services (including Stripe, Squarespace, and Cloudflare); by using them, you consent to us sharing necessary data with those providers.

Intellectual Property

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Site and our products under these Terms. All content, code, and materials on the Site are owned by Squarewebsites or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our content or products without written permission.

Third-Party Accounts

You may connect your Squarewebsites account to third-party accounts. Doing so is at your own discretion and subject to those third parties' own privacy and terms policies. We are not responsible for third-party account breaches.

International Use

The Site is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you are responsible for complying with local laws.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Squarewebsites, its officers, employees, and agents from any losses, costs, or claims arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, administered by the American Arbitration Association, before a single neutral arbitrator. The prevailing party is entitled to reasonable attorney's fees. This clause survives termination of these Terms.

Liability Disclaimer

The site and its products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Squarewebsites is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, including loss of data or profits. If you are dissatisfied with the site or these terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use.

Termination / Governing Law
